Hello! I go by David Cho, but I prefer to use my Korean name (Dong Heon Cho) for publications. I am a currently a second year PhD student at Duke University, working under Professor Boyuan Chen in the General Robotics Lab. Before Duke, I was at Columbia University for my Bachelor and Master's. My main research interests revolve around utilizing Machine Learning and AI to empower humans. My recent focus has been on exploring data-driven methods to automate the scientific discovery process with minimum reliance on prior knowledge, with a particular focus on dynamical systems analysis.
